By accessing or using ForecastedFit (the "Service"), which provides weather-based outfit suggestions, Virtual Try-On previews, wardrobe management tools, and travel-focused style recommendations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of ForecastedFit, including expanded outfit generation, Virtual Try-On access, and increased wardrobe capacity, may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including photos of clothing items and selfies used for outfit previews. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate features such as outfit generation, wardrobe categorization, and Virtual Try-On.

Weather and Style Recommendations

ForecastedFit provides outfit suggestions based on available weather data and your saved wardrobe. Weather forecasts may vary in accuracy, and we cannot guarantee that recommendations will be perfect for all conditions. Use your own discretion when planning outfits.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading harmful content, attempting unauthorized access, or using the platform in any way that violates laws or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Intellectual Property

ForecastedFit, including its branding, logos, interface design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior permission.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. ForecastedFit does not guarantee the accuracy of weather data, outfit suggestions, or any predictions. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForecastedFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss of data, revenue, or comfort resulting from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
